Booking Policies

Clients have the option of booking either In-Person, by telephone, or via Zoom. Appointments run approximately 45 minutes to 1 hours in length (however no length of time is guaranteed) Please be advised that it is your responsibility to make sure and understand all appointments will be booked in (EST) Eastern Standard Time. 

Please plan and time your route accordingly to ensure you are in a relaxed state of mind and not rushing to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, please wait in your car. 

Please make sure you are familiar with Zoom and how it works, you will be sent a link prior to your scheduled session. Please sign in and be ready to begin at start time. 

Please be mindful that your appointment time is more than the hour you are in the office. Ashley takes time to meditate and prepare her energy before each reading. Your appointment starts at the scheduled time, not the time you arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment could be cancelled without refund or reschedule.

Should you need to reschedule, please email Ashley ASAP. Rescheduled appointments will be made at the next available appointment. 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so 24 hrs or more in advance to receive a refund. There is a processing fee of $25 for refunds.  

Life happens! Ashley reserves the right to reschedule an appointment at any time. She will contact you via email to reschedule you to the next available date in her calendar. Although this is VERY RARE, please keep this in mind when booking.
